Natalya Foreman, one of our research interns in the Program of Biomineralization Studies (PiBiomS) will be attending University of Arizona – Phoenix for medical school – we wish her all the best on this wonderful journey of becoming into an effective care-giver!

Congratulations to the team lead by Hennefarth and Ustriyana et al., on their effort in identifying the phenotypic resemblance of mineralized Peyronie’s plaque to bone!

Two manuscripts on the changes in biomechanics and mechanobiology of the dentoalveolar fibrous joints insulted by LPS-endotoxins and orthodontic forces are accepted for publication in the Journal of Periodontal Research.

Dr. Wang is a mechanical engineer and trained at the Ho lab on Biomechanics and Biomineralization on how to apply mechanical engineering principles to investigate the effect of form on function of the dentoalveolar joint. He is well on his way to start his own academic path. We look forward to...
